This policy governs payment methods and processes when customers use paid services of the Octo enterprise AI operating system at octo.ai, operated by Octo Inc.
Customers select a plan, confirm their information, and complete payment through the payment processor. The service is activated and provisioned to the account immediately after successful payment.
Paid services are billed on a monthly subscription cycle. Customers may choose automatic renewal or manual payment for each cycle. If canceled, the service remains active through the end of the paid period and will not auto-renew after that.
All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Octo does not store raw card details. Customers are responsible for keeping their payment credentials and login information secure.
Invoices are issued for paid transactions in accordance with applicable law. Listed prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes; taxes are added at invoicing where required.
If payment fails or is late, Octo notifies the customer and may temporarily suspend access to paid features until payment is completed. Customer data is preserved in accordance with our Privacy Policy during any suspension.
