1. Scope

This policy governs the prices published by Octo Inc. for the Octo enterprise AI operating system at octo.ai.

2. Pricing principles

Prices are listed publicly and clearly on the pricing page: octo.ai/pricing.
Listed prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and billed monthly.
Customers see the full price and feature scope before signing up and paying.

3. Plans and prices

4. Taxes and invoices

Listed prices do not include applicable sales tax or VAT. Tax is added at invoicing where required by law. Invoices are issued on request for paid transactions.

5. Price transparency and additional fees

Any fees are displayed clearly before the customer confirms payment. Octo does not charge hidden fees beyond those disclosed at checkout.

6. Price changes

Octo may adjust prices and will notify active customers at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app notice. The price already paid for the current period does not change; the new price applies to the next billing period.

7. Promotions

Any promotional discounts are published with specific terms and duration, in compliance with applicable laws.
