This policy governs the prices published by Octo Inc. for the Octo enterprise AI operating system at octo.ai.

The monthly charge for a plan is the number of users on the workspace multiplied by that plan’s per-user price. There is no platform fee, no setup fee and no minimum seat commitment. The figure is shown in the table above and again at checkout. The free plan is permanent: it has no end date and converts to nothing.
Every plan includes a fixed number of AI requests each calendar month, shown in the table above. The quota does not roll over. On the free plan AI is restricted to free models and stops at the quota; nothing further is charged. On paid plans, requests beyond the quota may be bought as prepaid top-up packs, which are purchased in advance and drawn down per request. No AI charge arises outside a top-up the customer has made.
A paid plan may be evaluated for 30 days before payment. That evaluation window is separate from the free plan, which never expires.
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT. Vietnamese VAT (10%) is added at invoicing where required by law, and a compliant e-invoice is issued for every paid transaction.
For customers in Vietnam, value-added tax on digital services is applied at the statutory rate (currently 10%) and shown as a separate line on the invoice. Octo issues a compliant Vietnamese e-invoice (hóa đơn điện tử) for every paid transaction, including transactions billed by a foreign supplier, and provides it to the customer by email and in the billing area of the workspace.
Any fees are displayed clearly before the customer confirms payment. Octo does not charge hidden fees beyond those disclosed at checkout. Seat counts, the platform fee and any AI top-up are itemised separately on each invoice.
Octo may adjust prices and will notify active customers at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app notice. The price already paid for the current period does not change; the new price applies to the next billing period.
Any promotional discounts are published with specific terms and duration, in compliance with applicable laws.
