This Refund Policy governs payments for paid Octo subscription plans (Pro and Enterprise). The Starter plan is free and not eligible for refunds.
Email hello@octo.ai from your Account email address with: Account email, transaction reference, and reason for the request.
We review refund requests in good faith and aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. The Service remains active through the end of the paid billing period and will not renew automatically.
We may update this Refund Policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
