All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT. Vietnamese VAT (10%) is added at invoicing where required by law, and a compliant e-invoice is issued for every paid transaction.
Your monthly total is simply the plan's per-user price times your seats — a 10-user Business workspace pays 10 × $19.00 = $190.00 per month, and nothing else. No platform fee, no setup fee and no minimum commitment.
AI credits. AI usage on paid plans is billed from prepaid credit top-ups at provider cost plus a 20% platform fee. Credits are bought in advance and drawn down per call; nothing is charged for AI outside a top-up.
