This document describes the conditions and limitations that apply when customers use the Octo enterprise AI operating system at octo.ai, provided by Octo Inc.
Available features depend on the plan tier (L0–L3) the customer subscribes to:

The service is provided online. Some features, payment methods, or support content may differ by region and language. Octo may restrict service availability in jurisdictions where provision is prohibited by law.
Depending on severity, Octo may issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account, permanently terminate an account without refund for serious violations, and seek compensation or refer the matter to the competent authority under applicable law.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Octo strives to maintain stable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to客观 factors such as infrastructure failures, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party incidents. Customers are responsible for the content they create and the decisions they make using the service output.
